About
Brenna as a therapist

I am a trauma, sex, and couples therapist with a background in studio art and a lifelong love of creative expression. I grew up in rural Texas, where art first became my way of making sense of the world, a way to find beauty and meaning in both the tender and difficult parts of life. That curiosity eventually led me from the art studio to the therapy room, where I now help others explore and heal their own stories.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, sex therapy, and relational healing. I support individuals and couples in navigating connection, intimacy, and emotional resilience to help them move through pain toward a greater sense of safety and authenticity.

I became a trauma therapist after beginning my own healing journey and learning firsthand what does and doesn’t help. I believe healing can be both beautiful and rough, and that the process itself is a work of art that unfolds uniquely for every person.
