Healing is rarely a straight path — it’s a journey of remembering who you are beneath the layers of survival and self-protection. In our work together, you remain the hero of your own story. My role is to walk alongside you for a part of the way — as a guide, a witness, and a fellow traveler who helps you see the meaning in the moments that may feel dark or confusing.
Together, we slow things down enough to understand your patterns, your pain, and your needs with compassion. Growth doesn’t mean fixing what’s “broken”; it means learning to trust yourself again, to feel safe in your body and in relationships, and to move through the world with more ease and connection.
Healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with others, and within the therapeutic space. Our work is about creating that safety and connection, so you can continue your journey feeling more grounded, whole, and capable of thriving.
