Couples and Relationship Therapy

Relationships can be both our greatest source of comfort and our deepest challenges. Whether you’re feeling distant, stuck in conflict, or longing for more closeness, therapy offers a space to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters between you.

I honor the many forms that meaningful relationships can take — from long-term partnerships and marriages to newer or more flexible relationship structures. I also welcome clients exploring identity, intimacy, or alternative relationship styles, including non-monogamous and kink relationships, always with respect and without judgment.

Our work often includes understanding how family-of-origin dynamics, attachment patterns, and past experiences shape the ways you connect and communicate today. My approach blends insight and skill-building, drawing from Imago Therapy, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and the Gottman Method. Together, we’ll work to strengthen understanding, rebuild trust, and create relationships that feel more connected, authentic, and resilient.
