For many people, understanding themselves through the lens of neurodivergence can be both grounding and freeing. Sometimes it’s a relief to realize, “It’s not just me—there’s nothing wrong with me. My mind just works a little differently.” I offer a space where we can explore how your unique wiring shapes your experiences, relationships, and daily life, without judgment or pressure to fit a mold that wasn’t made for you.

In our work together, I balance insight into how your challenges and strengths may relate to neurodivergence while gently holding you accountable as you move toward your goals. We’ll focus on practical strategies for daily functioning, emotional regulation, and communication—while also honoring the importance of rest, flexibility, and self-compassion.

I also support couples navigating neurodivergent and neurotypical pairings, as well as relationships where both partners are neurodivergent. Together, we work on building understanding, improving communication, and creating connection that feels authentic and sustainable.
