Trauma Therapy

Trauma can leave us feeling tethered to the past — caught in loops of fear, shame, or self-blame that make it hard to move forward. Healing is not about erasing what happened, but about transforming your relationship to it. It’s the process of remembering that you are more than what you’ve been through and that renewal is possible.

In our work together, we may revisit painful memories, but not to relive them — rather, to help your mind and body integrate what was once too overwhelming to process. As understanding and compassion grow, those memories begin to lose their charge, creating room for new patterns, clarity, and peace.

I draw from EMDR, Brainspotting, Sandtray, and other experiential therapies that allow healing to unfold in a way that feels embodied and organic. Together, we’ll move at your pace, building safety and resilience as you learn to carry your story with more lightness, strength, and self-trust.
